BAC WATER 3 ML
BAC Water 3 ML is bacteriostatic water, a sterile-water diluent containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a bacteriostatic agent. The benzyl alcohol limits the growth of bacteria within the vial, allowing the diluent to be drawn from across multiple withdrawals during laboratory work. It is supplied as a general-purpose reconstitution fluid for preparing lyophilized research compounds for in-vitro study. In the laboratory, bacteriostatic water is the standard diluent researchers use to reconstitute lyophilized peptides and other powdered reference compounds into solution for bench assays. The bacteriostatic property makes it convenient for multi-aliquot preparation workflows where a vial is accessed repeatedly over a working period. Researchers select it for its compatibility with peptide handling, solution-stability testing, and reproducible sample preparation. It is a reagent diluent, not an active research compound. Peptiva Research Labs supplies it as a research-grade reconstitution diluent for laboratory use. For Research Use Only, not for human or veterinary use.
