Dispatch. Orders placed before 1 PM ET on a business day are dispatched the same day; orders after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
Rates. U.S. shipping is free on orders over $200. A flat $15 rate applies to U.S. orders below that threshold.
International. We ship primarily within the U.S. For international orders, shipping is quoted per destination and any duties, taxes, or customs charges are the recipient's responsibility, our team will confirm rates and details before dispatch.
Tracking. A tracking number is provided on every order; use Track Order for live status.
Handling. Research materials are packaged to preserve stability and shipped domestically from the USA.
Delays. Carrier delays, weather, and customs are outside our control; we'll always help you locate a shipment, contact us.
