Information we collect. When you place an order or contact us we collect your name, email, phone, shipping/billing address, and order details. Payment card details are entered at checkout and processed by our payment provider (Bankful); we transmit them to Bankful to complete your transaction and do not retain your full card number after processing.
How we use it. To process and fulfill orders, provide support, send order and shipping notifications, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. With your consent we may send occasional product updates; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Service providers. We share only what is necessary with providers that help us operate: payment processing (Bankful), email delivery (Resend), and, where enabled, order fulfillment/shipping and marketing-email tools. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
Cookies & local storage. We use strictly necessary storage to keep your cart and remember your cookie choice, and may use privacy-respecting analytics to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information. You can clear cookies/local storage in your browser at any time.
Data retention. We keep order and transaction records as long as needed to provide the service and to comply with tax, accounting, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

Security. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and limit access to personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children. Our site and products are for qualified researchers and are not directed to anyone under 21.
